It was my first time at this salon as I live in the east end of Ottawa and stubbled across this salon by chance. The staff were nothing short of excellent and were very professional. The attention to detail was fantastic, the women would not let anything short of perfect pass. I had received a mani/pedi as well as a waxing service during my visit and the level of skill exuded by each technician was remarkable. I will absolutely be making the trip across the city to visit this salon from now on, this was the first time in ages I had been in awe at my nails!

This was my first time getting a brow lamination, tint and wax. I don't think I've ever had a beauty treatment that I've loved more. The colour and shaping suited me well and Sophie was wonderful. 10/10 coming back again.

This was my first visit at Fika Beauty! They were recommended in the Stittsville mom group (thank you!!. It's hard to choose a salon, especially when you've had a bad experience, but thiswas a memorable visit! I had a full color, treatment, cut, and blowdry with Kyrsten ❤, eyebrow wax & tint with Annie (co-owner) ❤️ & a chat with Leanne about permanent eyebrows techniques ❤️. It was such a relaxed easy going experience, I usually dread it but I was sad it was over! I came in with a headache and a neck kink & they were gone & I was so relaxed when I left. Thank you ladies, I feel great!!

Cathy at Permanent Beauty did an incredible job on my lash lift and tint today. I’ve had lash lifts before, but this is hands down the best one I’ve ever had. She took so much time and care to make sure everything was just right, even asking how much curl I wanted and tailoring it to my eye and lid shape. She was so kind, gentle, and detail-oriented, and the results are beautiful. Her studio is also absolutely gorgeous. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend her!

The beauty center is very bright and cozy, the staff is very welcoming, and the service is great! I loved my haircut, the scalp reset treatment is sooo refreshing ( for my oily hair), and my brows are so natural 👌😍🤩

I had an exceptional experience at Fika! It is true...the vibe and atmosphere exudes positive energy, is relaxed and chill, yet professional. The decor is fresh, bright, and clean. Each staff member was friendly and welcoming. They were meticulous and paid attention to every detail. My nails (hand and feet) are beautiful (I can't stop admiring them); my brows are perfectly shaped and tinted; and my bang trim is just what I needed - simple, stylish, and exactly how I like them. Every part of the visit was fabulous. I left feeling completely refreshed and ready for my upcoming trip.

Great day at fika! Got to try out a new nail tech Sabrina who was lovely and took a lot of care to do a great job, me a perfect shape and suggested an chrome top coat which took my nails to the next level and of course hair looks amazing as always!
