Kyle really helped me through a tough situation with a foreign piercing I got done in India! It was a flat piercing and somehow the skin had grown overtop of the whole back of the earring. Kyle was very gentle and saved the whole earring and my piercing at the same time (we replaced it with one of the beautiful pieces he had!). This isn’t my first time with a piercing by Kyle so I knew I could trust him. I truly truly appreciate his work, dedication and professionalism and I will definitely recommend him to everyone :))))

My twelve-year-old daughter and I had such a positive experience getting pierced by Charlotte! She was so warm and welcoming, and put both of us at ease right away. She was very thorough and precise when deciding where exactly to pierce us (lobes for kiddo, helix for me), working with our own unique anatomy while leaving the option open for future piercings. Manu is such a wonderful piercer. She did my 11 year old daughter’s ears, my nostril and just added a gorgeous stacked lobe. She is so friendly, has great taste and makes you feel really at ease by letting you know every step of the process. I had such an amazing first piercing with you guys. The atmosphere surround your store was so amazing and welcoming. When I did my research I chose your store for how professional it looked, and the story behind it. I was more then happy to find a piercing studio that was Indigenous and lgbtq+ owned/run! As someone who is a part of the LGBTQ+ community I felt very safe in my decision. Marie was my piercer, and was THE BEST piercer I could have ever asked for! She was kind, gentle, and walked me through every step of the way. I’ll be coming back whenever I decide on my next piercing for sure!

I had a wonderful experience at Vanity. Carnie was my piercer and proposed an amazing idea that strongly complimented the anatomy of my ear. I’ve had over a dozen piercings done (years ago and elsewhere) and this was the first time I felt that a piercer took their time to listen to me. As a result I was confident in the outcome and placement of the proposed piercings. Carnie communicates everything clearly, is approachable and made me feel comfortable. It is obvious they love their craft. I will get pierced by them again.

Such a great selection of products. Manu was incredible in helping me find what I liked and answering all the questions I had about my old piercings (and possible future ones!). She also explained everything she was doing as she put in my new earrings for me which I really appreciated - even though I wasn't getting pierced I was still nervous so having her talk to me throughout and explain the process made it a very enjoyable experience. Super excited to come back in the future for more jewelry and future piercings!

Amazing experience ! I went with my mom and she was a little nervous with getting a couple ear piercings, and he made her feel super comfortable. I don’t know if she would have went through with it if it was anybody else. He’s very personable, funny guy! Very informative and I would highly recommend him for all piercings !

Kyle did a fantastic job piercing my daughters’ ears. He thoroughly explained every step of the piercing process, took great care with sanitizing and teaching the after care. He was professional, patient and kind throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend his services!!

An excellent experience from start to finish!!! Our daughter (14) was getting her navel pierced and Kyle was an absolute gem! A thorough explanation of the options, procedure, infection control and after care practices. It was an education for me as well (mom), and learned so much about the craft. He has excellent practices, and keeps the communication lines open afterwards in case you have any concerns or questions. Lovely demeanour and personality. Kyle was very friendly and expertly guided me through my first piercing. He was very thorough with sanitation, and was super clear with aftercare instructions. Super happy with the result!

A really good experience over all, it felt professional and caring. A couple points is that the info could be a bit overwhelming, I would've appreciated a bit less/more succinctness. Also I would've appreciated a warning for the piercing, something like "in the next minute, I'll be piercing your ear". A very positive experience overall, Kyle really knows his stuff and you can tell cares a lot about making it a good experience for the client.

Wonderful experience today. He took time to help me new choose two new gorgeous pieces from his collection, and helped organize my existing ear pieces I already had. Excellent customer service, his work area was sterile, and clean. Will definitely be back.

Kyle is so impressive! I will never get another piercing anywhere else! My two helix piercing's have healed better than any other piercing i have received! Kyle is very knowledgeable on everything from the jewelry to how your skin works.
