This was my third time having lymphatic drainage massage with Lainey. I’ve been seeing improvement in my energy after sessions (I have M.E/ long covid/ fibro). Lainey is calming & caring, she pays great attention to details of the treatment & ambiance, tailoring it to me as an individual. I’ve had many LD massages and hers are top tier. She’s very knowledgable. I will definitely try a deep muscle massage in future too as I’ve heard great things from others I’ve recommended her to!
