Natalie is amazing . I have a desk job and I am training for a bodybuilding competition coming up in July. As a result I suffer from Sciatica . Natalie managed to open up my hips with her many techniques and educate me on how I can relieve/prevent symptoms. Now I can finally feel more glute activation when I train like never before.
