Absolutely the best massage I've ever had. Lisa is the most wonderful massage therapist in Brighton! And I've tried many places. I have been seeing Lisa for a few years now and always come away feeling lighter. Lisa is very skilled at hitting all the right points of tension with a very firm pressure (she will adapt to what you ask for - she really listens). Lisa has recently set up her new business in this new location and the atmosphere of her room is very beautiful, cosy and relaxing. My favourite is the Thai Fusion or Deep Tissue massage.. I can't recommend her enough.

I highly recommend Gosia's massages. She is friendly, professional and leaves me feeling relaxed and at ease. Her deep tissue work feels very thorough, and she offers a variety of additional tools and techniques if needed. Whilst she offers her ideas as to where the work needs to go, she seems true to her client's wishes at all times.

We were in Brighton for the weekend and managed to secure last minute bookings (due to cancellations) for Mini Spa Treatment Package at Wellness&Beauty. We received a warm welcome from the friendly staff. I enjoyed a range of treatments, including a full body aromatherapy massage, facial, foot massage and back scrub. Gloria did a great job tailoring the massage to my preferences. I felt very relaxed and de-stressed after the session. I came to see Ali after a week of intense cycling, my legs and body were sore and tight. I booked a deep tissue massage and it was exactly what I needed. Ali expertly targeted the areas that were holding the most tension, providing the perfect balance of pressure to release the tightness. By the end of the session, I felt significantly more light, relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for anyone needing serious muscle recovery!
