Her deep tissue work feels very thorough, and she offers a variety of additional tools and techniques if needed. I have been a few times and each time he has really targeted the issue areas as opposed to other sports massages when they seem do everything and hope for the best. Most recently I had limited range of motion in my shoulder and after a massage and cupping I left being able to lift my arm above my head without discomfort. Highly recommend!
