We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

I went to Clinic 31 Sports Massage & Cupping to help with long term rhomboid pain in my upper back and a recent forearm injury from training, and the results have been amazing! After just a couple of sessions I noticed much less tension in my upper back and faster recovery in my forearm. Fares is very knowledgeable and clearly understands sports injuries. The sports massage and cupping combination made a huge difference. I’ve already signed up for a membership to stay on top of recovery. Highly recommend!

I was struggling with my rehab and had reached a blocker. Fares was patient and really spent time understanding what was causing the block and adjusted my program. It was great being with a therapist that actually treats the person that is in front of them rather than trying to fit you into a predefined approach. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Skin Envy Laser and Aesthetics Ltd. I visited for laser treatments (arms, half legs, and Hollywood area). The atmosphere was warm and friendly. It made me feel comfortable, which is especially important for someone who has just begun their laser journey. I can compare this place with others, and I can confidently say that the laser used during the session is of very good quality as I noticed a significant difference in my hair growth. Working with Bilal has been great. During my physio session, he identified the underlying issue and provided clear recommendations to address it. Within just two weeks, I noticed a significant improvement. I also had a deep tissue treatment, which was excellent. If you’re an athlete or someone with a physically demanding job, I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
