Ghassan was amazing. It was my first sports massage and he put me at ease immediately. He talked me through what he was doing and showed me how to do stretches and after care. The experience was great and I can’t believe that I hadn’t been sooner. Will definitely be returning when I need it again.

Amazing! I booked in for a friend and myself to have the Massage and Reiki. Caroline was so lovely, we both loved our massages and would 100% come back. Neither of us had Reiki before but both thoroughly enjoyed the experience and felt super grounded and relaxed after. I had the most amazing back and shoulder massage, Michelle worked on the areas I have been struggling with and once my lovely massage was finished I also had an amazing facial. My skin feels amazing. As usual, an hour in Michelle's care was exactly what I needed after a week of mayhem! When I reached out to get a treatment booked in Michelle was beyond accommodating, and honestly poured so much positive energy and care into me during my treatment of a head, face and shoulder massage, I honestly felt so much better!!
