I went for my first appointment since I moved and Gemma was amazing. I had booked a consultation so we were very clear what was and wasn't feasible for my hair given it's length and what we wanted to achieve. I walked away incredibly happy with the haircut I got as a result - it suits me very well and while it isn't exactly what I asked for originally, I understand why that wasn't possible and we can work towards that in the future.

Finding Gemma has been a revelation for both my daughter and me! I don't think I've ever had a hairdresser so tuned in to her clients. She really listens, understands and produces amazing results. At 56 I finally have the haircut I've always wanted, I feel like me. If you want a chatty, fun appointment - Gemma can do it. If you want a chill, minimal talk appointment - Gemma can do it. Either way you leave feeling great.

I felt welcomed and looked after from start to finish and really felt that Kelly listened and knew how to work with my hair. I have curly hair and often it’s gets straightened and curled with tongs. I asked Kelly to work with my natural curls and she did exactly that, they look fab! Better than they have in a loooong time. I have re-booked to get my colour done next time too as I know this is a MUST at Reds! Thanks lovely, see you next week for my sons haircut… of course I booked him in too🤣💇 xxxx
