I went for my first appointment since I moved and Gemma was amazing. I had booked a consultation so we were very clear what was and wasn't feasible for my hair given it's length and what we wanted to achieve. I walked away incredibly happy with the haircut I got as a result - it suits me very well and while it isn't exactly what I asked for originally, I understand why that wasn't possible and we can work towards that in the future.

I have been struggling with anxiety and Mel has gone above and beyond to make sure I feel safe and comfortable in the salon. It was my first curly cut and I cannot believe the difference. What a wonderful experience. I went in with some issues with my hair. Kelly did such a good job. My hair looks like I've always wanted it to. So very pleased with the service. The salon is relaxed and everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as step in the door.

Brilliant wax! Fast, efficient, applied pressure where needed. Explained why some hairs would not pick on the wax which was helpful.

Becky did the most amazing job on my hair colour and even sorted a terrible cut done by someone else. Would highly recommend. She is extremely skilled at what she does and is so lovely too.

First time using Tash and she did a fantastic job at my waxing! She was so thorough in making sure every hair was removed!

I’ve only been going to Gemma’s since Sept 2024, but the transformation in my hair is incredible. Gemma just ‘gets it’ and my hair amazing!

My son would not have his hair cut unless Gemma did it. She is the first hairdresser he's ever felt comfortable with and he loves going to the salon especially when Gemma has a bucket of fidgets he can explore while having his hair done! Can't rate Reds Hairdressing enough 5 stars isn't enough!
