Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

My first time with Izabella, was such a lovely experience. She’s so welcoming. And my face literally feels like a baby’s bum! Her hands were so soft she did an amazing job with a lovely massage too. Everything felt so Devine and luxury! Absolute loved it will definitely be booking her again.

From bridal makeup trials to pre wedding facials I can not recommend Izabella enough! So professional but also makes you feel so comfortable, relaxed and she’s so lovely. My skin already looks so amazing from my facials! I can not wait to see my final makeup on my wedding day with the amazing results I’ve had from my hydro facials and micro-needling. This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

Absolutely incredible facial, an hour of pure relaxation. Michelle was very friendly and welcoming, put me completely at ease. The setting was beautiful very spa-like with low lighting and relaxing music. Michelle has magic hands! Her massage was amazing and the products were lovely, smelt beautiful. My skin is glowing and I feel refreshed after some much needed me-time. I will definitely be back for another facial and will be recommending to my friends/family. Thank you!
