I had the Spa Pedicure with Paraffin Wax and a Manicure with Susan, and it was a wonderful experience. Susan was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the appointment. The paraffin wax treatment felt incredibly soothing and left my feet feeling soft and refreshed My manicure and pedicure were done with great care, and I left feeling pampered and relaxed. 2 trips to see Jo this week had the most wonderful pedicure it’s better than going to the foot doctor my feet are much better and get the added bonus of painted nails. Back again today for a new set of builder and pretty pink varnish. Thanks Jo always a lovely relax and amazing service 😊

Always a joy to see my girl BN, she just lets you be yourself no need to be shy or feel you need to be quiet and timid although if you don’t wanna speak she doesn’t mind. She is there to cater to your needs. Honestly B is one of the girls for sure! I love my nail tech always sending her every reel I see about nails… I’m sure she tired of me but she can’t get rid of me😋

I'd highly recommend visiting Neeta. The venue is lovely, easy parking and Neeta is really friendly. My nails were done beautifully and with care and attention. Will definitely be going back!

Beatrice is the best nail artist! I have been loyal to her for abiut 1.5 years now and I am NOT leaving her. She takes care to clean up the cuticles and prepares the nails so well. And she is the only nail tech I have seen done this. I have a complete pedicure and my feet felt so soft after and felt brand new!! ❤️

Susan called me to offer to bring forward my appointment due to a cancellation, which was much appreciated. And on a Sunday! My appointment was for gel nails. My first time visiting the salon and I found Susan to be most welcoming, friendly and experienced. She even offered pastries. Susan listened to and solved any concerns and queries and I was very impressed by my experience and my beautiful nails. I could tell she put in a lot of effort to perfect them. I have booked again for 4 weeks’ time, and I have never returned to a nail salon before for a second time. Would definitely recommend

5 stars for the service provided by the girls. Laura gave superb service as always and I wouldn't take a star away from her for the state of the salon. If my rating was on the salon I'd give it 2 stars. The"refit" is terrible. The walls look like bare unfinished plaster. The paint work is shoddy. Skirting, plugs, light fittings look filthy & covered in paint. The pedicure platform is a trip hazard and I do not want to sit with my feet out in the middle of the room for all to see. The manicure tables are too narrow and too close to other clients. Reception already has flaking paint. Very poor
