Michelle is awesome! This is my first time getting keratin smoothing treatment at ur salon and she explained to me what I needed to know about the treatment and expectation. Will def come back for my next treatment. Only thing bad tho is when I walked in, nobody even said hi or anything. I was literally standing there for like 2 minutes without even getting acknowledge not knowing who i’m waiting for or what. and when this lady finally done talking to other lady, she just asked me what’s ur name and that’s it. ur running a business maybe practice on customer service.
