It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

This was my first time at The Workhouse and I got a little lost due to my maps taking me in the wrong direction. But as soon as I found the shop I was greeted warmly by Stacey waiting for me at the entry. Stacey is a very good beautician, it's always a risk when trying someone new out for waxing, but she made feel very comfortable even though I was full wolverine with my hairy self, she is efficient and thorough and a great chatter. of course waxing isn't always an enjoyable experience, but I was very happy with Stacey and she will definitely become my regular.

Stacey gives the best neck back and shoulder massage I’ve ever had. She always finds the knots and areas that need work. The best!

Claire was great as always, she is very professional and very friendly too. I have been to many salons and it's not always the best experience when it comes to waxing but with Claire, you cannot feel any pain. I would certainly recommend Claire anytime.

Excellent experience. The waxing was carried out very professionally and Stacey is such a warm and welcoming person. I’ve had this treatment for over twenty years at many different salons, and received good, average and some bad service. Stacey is up there with the best.

Kelsey is a brilliant hairdresser, she is a perfectionist She always listens to what you want. All the girls who work here are lovely! Highly recommend Radiance for all hair & beauty treatments.

Relieved to have found Lisa after a reluctant move from my hairdresser of 4 years following a relocation. Lisa is attentive, patient and really listened. Fantastic colour rectification and lovely cut.

I had a lash tint and lift with Jade today. She did an amazing job with them, I’m really pleased. Radiance is a lovely place to get pampered. Staff are all pleasant and friendly.
