Francine was absolutely wonderful. I cut my hair quite a bit shorter and had grey blending done. Francine explained everything and made sure my experience was great. My hair is beautiful! 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend.

She was incredibly attentive, asking thoughtful questions and offering helpful suggestions based on my hair type and lifestyle. What stood out most was her patience and attention to detail—she never rushed and made sure every section was carefully cut and styled to perfection. You can tell she truly takes pride in her work.
