My experience at TBH has always been a positive one! The girls are so down to earth and welcoming, and never short of having a giggle with their customers - “beauty besties” is how I’d describe them! They’re online booking system is brilliant and rescheduling an appointment is just as simple! I also feel their booking terms are fair! Ive been for my lashes and tan and never had an issue, hoping to start my waxing and facial journeys with them in the not too distant future too! x

I’ve been going to Shaf for my nails for a while now and, to be honest, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She just gets what I like. Sometimes I don’t even have to explain it properly and she somehow knows exactly what I’m picturing. There’s a real kindness to the way she works too, nothing rushed, no pressure. She always takes her time with my nails and keeps checking in to make sure I’m happy as she goes, which I really appreciate. More than anything, Shaf makes me feel completely at ease. It’s a calm, caring space and that matters more than people realise. I always leave feeling looked after.

I had lash lift with Nikki today and she was honestly so lovely. She took her time and really paid attention to detail. My lashes are quite stubborn but they turned out great! The room felt really calm and relaxing too. deffo a 5⭐ experience.

As always, an excellent experience. She works with great care and gentleness, which immediately puts you at ease. The place is calm, clean and very comfortable. I had a waxing session and everything was done perfectly, with real professionalism and attention to detail. A truly relaxing and reassuring experience. Highly recommended.
