Wow!!!! Caroline is absolutely incredible at what she does - she really knows her stuff. I had the most fantastic head massage today…it really was utter bliss!! In fact, every treatment I have had with Caroline has been of 5 star standard…she is excellent. I absolutely love this place!!! Wow another fantastic service to oana’s list. I’ve been waiting to try this Japanese head spa for a while and when I seen oana had trained in it I booked straight away. As always she was very thorough, gentle and just amazing. I highly recommend to anyone that wants to totally relaxed and come out with lovely shiny hair and skin too. I had the absolute pleasure of getting a full body massage and a facial, and I cannot recommend Oana enough! From the moment the session started, her technique was incredibly soothing yet effective at working out all the knots in my back. The facial was equally amazing; my skin has never felt so hydrated, glowing, and rejuvenated. The entire experience was relaxing, professional, and left me feeling completely refreshed.
