I always have an amazing time with Hollie. She’s the best waxer I’ve been to, and I genuinely won’t use anyone else. Always kind and caring and creates a lovely atmosphere in the salon. The salon feels safe and cosy, is very clean, and Hollie genuinely uses the best products and equipment.

A really nice experience, although I have had experience waxing before, I have never had a full body wax. I was slightly nervous with it being my first time😭 however I was made to feel very comfortable and it was honestly a really pleasant experience. The beautician communicated with me throughout the service, to ensure my comfort which really enhanced the experience. I’ve been to the beauty loft a few times and the service is honestly something that Cant be replaced by any other salon, its the only salon I can ever go to now, only took one eyebrow shaping session and now a loyal customer😂

Hollie is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! I’d never had a wax at all - never mind an intimate wax. Went for my legs for my first time and the results spoke for themselves so I booked a bikini wax not long after, which id have never done if Hollie wasn’t as lovely and professional. I’ve been going to her since and the change in my body hair thickness and ingrowns is unbelievable. Hollie really cares about waxing and is constantly improving the products she uses and going on training sessions - though she doesn’t need to she’s fantastic at what she does!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

Today was my first visit to Adele, as I recently moved to the area. I was very pleased with my experience and results! Adele is extremely welcoming and I felt relaxed throughout my 2 hour waxing session 🤗 I have been to many salons in the past and I could immediately by Adele’s waxing technique that I was in good hands! Holly is absolutely amazing at what she does! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She’s so kind, professional, and has the most beautiful energy. Fantastic, polite and very professional! Our first visit has set the bar very high! Visited for a haircut for myself and my son and the hairdresser was great. He engaged in conversation and made us both laugh but also respected what I like to call, the haircut space! Great haircut, we're both very pleased and we'll definitely be back. If you're looking for a professional hairdressers that really know how to cut hair while maintaining excellent customer service, then you've found it!

This was Logan's (10 years old) 1st proper haircut and style. Usually goes to local barber. His hair was styled by Haris. I cannot praise him enough. He was so friendly and instantly put Logan at ease. He listened to what he wanted and kept checking he was happy throughout. His hair looks superb. Haris has done a fantastic job and has gained a new fan in Logan. All Logan's mates love his hair as well. The ultimate accolade. We will be back for sure.
