Sophia was amazing! I did a huge chop, my hair was almost to my hip, and I cut it to my collarbone. Sophia made sure I knew exactly what I was getting into and how to take care of my hair. She was so patient and we slowly cut it shorter to make sure I was comfortable and not in shock. She’s also so much fun, you’ll be laughing in the chair!

I had an amazing experience with Pawan today! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat in her chair.
