This is by far the best waxing experience I’ve had in a long time! Having moved to Vancouver from Western Australia in March, I’ve been really nervous about finding a new salon to go to as I’ve had MANY bad experiences in the past. Sam COMPLETELY changed that for me. She was amazing. SO quick and I have absolutely zero complaints. Left with an eyebrow massage and a free chai tea! (I got home about 10 minutes ago so that’s how happy I am with the service!) Even the warm welcome at reception was amazing! Thanks SO much! You’ve got a new loyal customer - see you again very soon! x

Jee was attentive, did an amazing job on my feet/toenails, and provided me with great self-care tips for home. I really appreciated the foot and leg massage too- It felt amazing! I can't wait to come back again!

Amazing as always! Carmen is super funny and it takes away from the fact that I’m lying there naked getting hair ripped from my skin. I’ve also never felt judged with Carmen, which I’ve felt at past waxing places. Fastest and most thorough wax ever!!

I'd never had brow threading before (only waxing) but I was impressed with the speed of the service and the clean look it left. I like that Preeti drew the brow shape she was aiming for; it made me comfortable I'd like the result. And I do.

Olga is amazing! She gives very helpful advice and information. She educates as she treats. The place is extremely clean as well and I have the impression of high standards. I came initially for ear piercing, but now this will be my place of choice for waxing and facials.

Been going here for couple years now… and they definitely know how to make a mama feel so pampered! The massages is always what has me going back! Staff is beyond polite and goes above and beyond to meet expectations. Always walking out feeling well balanced and a new women! I love this place!

Jenn did such an amazing job with my nails. I always thought that I needed nail extensions to get the art I wanted because my nails are small. Jenn was able to do it on my real nails and they look so good!! Absolutely coming back to Liveo again 🥰

I was nervous going in because I just recently moved to Vancouver; I've only trusted a few select people with my eyebrows but seeing all the wonderful reviews, I decided to take the plunge and book with Sam. It was my first time doing eyebrow threading and it's so much better than waxing! Sam was fantastic, she was very gentle, I got a little massage after, and my eyebrows look amazing! I will definitely be a repeat customer from now on. Thanks so much Sam!

Mirai was very detail oriented and took great care in doing my gel extensions. She even did an ombré with assistance from her instructor, Jessica, and did an amazing job. The space was clean and the atmosphere was joyful. Will definitely be coming back for services!

Carmen is always super fast and thorough. Although waxing isn’t fun, Carmen does the least painful wax that I’ve ever experienced! Great prices and always a chuckle. I love The Body Politik!

I booked an appointment in the morning, when they opened, for two separate services, and they had two people work on me at the same time, that I was able to be in and out in 45mins. My nails look great and I would definitely go back again.
