I’ve been doing intim wax for over a decade now - so when moving to Lisbon it was a major challenge to find a good salon with the high quality service I’m used to. After 2years, I have finally found WAXLAB, and I’ve been going there in the last few months. The wax is well-selected, the place is sterile, the beautician is professional. I would not change back to any other place in Lisbon. Highly recommended.

10/10 experience here! I came on Valentine’s Day to get my nails and lashes done bc all the salons in downtown Lisbon were booked but it was very worth the trip. My lashes came out exactly like my lash tech does them in the states. I’ve tried three other lash places in Lisbon and none have gotten them the way I like. They also convinced me try new “cat eye” nail designs which were GORGEOUS. I usually only get black or white but they were a great decision and I got so many compliments. The space was clean and calm. The staff was kind and welcoming and spoke English. They take card payments!

Wonderful treatment massage. I have a few issues going on with my back and neck causing discomfort and on this second massage she used a combination of techniques from therapeutic and classic Thai massage to release the tension and muscles and stretch exactly where it was needed. The massage by Nat was totally what I needed. I booked a therapeutic thai massage and I felt Nat understood exactly what was going on with my body - neck, back, tension points, everything. She is very skillful and used a combination of techniques to align, stretch and relax. I felt completely different and so much better after the massage. Besides, she has a very welcoming, caring manner. So I already booked my next treatment massage!

My experience with Bimala is always amazing. I always book with her and will continue to. However, I had a horrible experience at the till when paying. I asked the lady if they accepted credit card and she not only not answer my question but was being extremely rude various times when I asked again and did not even recognize it. I would never come back or book to do with this Brazilian lady. I don’t care if you have personal issues, and I should not be the one tolerating it when paying for a service. If it wasn’t for the rest of staff, for sure I would not come back due to this experience.

I highly recommend the services of Ora. I've been there 3 times and I feel relaxed and pain-free after each session. I do see an improvement in my pain therefore, it is not a one-session treatment, but a continuous one.
