The massage by Nat was totally what I needed. I booked a therapeutic thai massage and I felt Nat understood exactly what was going on with my body - neck, back, tension points, everything. She is very skillful and used a combination of techniques to align, stretch and relax. I felt completely different and so much better after the massage. Besides, she has a very welcoming, caring manner. So I already booked my next treatment massage!

I love the manual lymphatic drainage massage from Vânia! I have also done the Facial Lymphatic Drainage and lifting which also has great results. The massage is different from other lymphatic treatments I’ve done. This massage is about reducing cellulite too so it’s more rough and intense than a traditional lymphatic drainage treatment. While the treatment isn’t necessary relaxing, the post-massage results speak for themselves. You’ll be experiencing detox symptoms - like going to the bathroom more - in the days to follow treatment. Vânia is kind, professional, and skilled. Highly recommend!

The ladies here really know their business. This is the place to go when you want to see immediate improvements. I first went a bit sceptically for a medical pedicure because I have struggled to find someone who could help with some nail issues. Now I’m happily back in sandals and walking without discomfort. Then I tried the deep cleanse facial and walked out with a clear and shining face. So I tried a massage - it was excellent. Really lovely people work here, their English is not fluent but it’s good enough and there is always google for more detailed explanations.

I really enjoyed my experience at OG. From the moment I arrived and was welcomed by Jessica to then having my massage by Olga, everyone was so welcoming. As soon as I walked through the door the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and calming. OG will certainly be on my must list when I am back in Lisbon. I had a deep tissue massage by Olga this time - the lady has the hands of a firm angel ( just the right pressure). Looking at their list of beauty treatments I will be booking a cleansing facial followed by their super micro needling next time and a massage too. OG is a must when in Lisbon!
