I had such a fantastic experience with Charlotte! The facial was an absolute 10/10 , she gave me amazing advice tailored to my skin and addressed all of my concerns with such expertise. Charlotte is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. The back massage was so relaxing (and very much needed!), and my lashes look absolutely gorgeous. I haven’t seen them this curly in such a long time. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and pampered. Highly recommend! ✨

I've been having HydroFacials and dermaplaning with Charlotte, and I honestly can't recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to personalise each treatment to exactly what my skin needs at that moment. I never feel like I'm just having a standard facial – every appointment is tailored specifically to me. I have been seeing her for regular shoulders and back massages in the last few years, but today I decided to treat myself with a pre wedding facial. All great quality Elemis products.
