I originally went in for a Japanese head spa but there was an issue with machine. I was offered a head massage and hair treatment instead. Gabriel was lovely and sweet and I was very relaxed through out my experience and my hair felt great after.I also wear the hijab and the staff where very accommodating with lowering the blinds ect... definitely will be back.

I visited the muscle essence due to suffering with chronic pain. I had a massage and needling done on my shoulders. The difference is night and day. .Jhonathan is amazing at what he does and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I went to see Jhonathan due to having alot of chronic tension in my neck & shoulders which was causing me alot of pain and discomfort. Jhonathan listened to me as I described my symptoms and he explained what could be causing them and ways to help. I had my massage and came out feeling so much better, alot lighter. Lizzy has permed my hair twice now and even though it’s back breaking work for her, she always makes it feel like a complete breeze! She’s super knowledgeable on the process and products that I can try and incorporate into my current routine for different results. I’m so happy with how my curls have turned out and the curly cut afterwards too. I’m sure I’ll be back for a 3rd time when it needs a refresh again in future. I got to Gemma once a week for a massage and she’s fixed my shoulder pain in 2 months, highly recommend her and such a calm and friendly experience xx
