Excellent, would highly recommend., very professional , geniually lovely person as well who puts you at ease . knowledgeable with products to suit facial features and skin tone.Got my eyebrows and upper eye liner. Completely pain free with numbing cream making whole experience relaxing and super delighted with results. Good aftercare as well .

As an elite CrossFit athlete, I put my body through intense training every day, so having the right physio is essential. Kara has been a game-changer for my recovery and performance. She quickly finds the root cause of issues, not just the symptoms, and every session is focused and effective. I always leave moving better and stronger. She understands athletes and keeps me progressing safely. I trust her completely and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I had an excellent experience at my appointment with Jhonathan today. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable+clearly passionate about helping his clients recover properly. He put 100% effort into understanding my injury, explaining what was causing the issue+giving me practical advice on how to continue training safely while recovering. I not only left feeling physically better, but also far more educated+confident about how to manage my injury going forward. The level of care, attention+expertise was outstanding+it's clear he truly wants the best outcome for his patients!

Jhonathan really know’s his stuff. He thoroughly assesses the whole body, not just the area of pain or injury. The combination of physio and PT skills and knowledge provides a very different rehab experience than I’ve had before. In one session I learned so much about why and where my functional movement isn’t working as it should and how we can work to correct it. I highly recommend working with Jhonathan.

Great guidance and support for going forward with my recovery from back pain

I regularly go to get my back treated by kara and what a difference its made. She has loosened up my back so well it makes my life alot easier working up on the roofs. I highly recommend kara to anyone that has issues with there back. Definitely the best around😁
