Had my first massage with Sophie today after asking for a voucher for my birthday. It was amazing. She asked what pressure I wanted and told her the firmer the better and she really went to town. Plenty other places I’ve been before have felt like a tickle in comparison but she really made a difference. I could genuinely feel the knots disappearing from my shoulders. She made a point of asking about what is my dominant side for carrying my baby and seemed to pay extra attention to those areas affected from carrying and feeding a baby. 10/10 massage, would 100% recommend and will be back.

Just had a massage at Bloom Wellbeing and highly recommend it! I saw Ella, who was knowledgeable, attentive, and kept checking in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I felt looked after and at ease. The massage was deeply restorative. I have hEDS, and Ella was fantastic at adapting to offer what felt most supportive/ suitable for my body. I had a sports massage with Ella and she was really welcoming and friendly. She explained everything really well throughout and explained why I was getting the injuries/all the joint problems.
