I want to say a big thank you to my dear friend Catey. This wonderful human has massaged me today and even though I was screeching at some of the knotted bits she was manipulating, the hot stones and oils have left me feeling incredible. I didn’t fall asleep as we had too much to catch up on, but I could have done. I budget and make time to get my nails done every month, and I will be doing the same with the massage. This is life giving and she was able to help relieve the pain in my right leg and lower back. I promise I will be back xx

Just had a massage at Bloom Wellbeing and highly recommend it! I saw Ella, who was knowledgeable, attentive, and kept checking in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I felt looked after and at ease. The massage was deeply restorative. I have hEDS, and Ella was fantastic at adapting to offer what felt most supportive/ suitable for my body. I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

I had a hot stones all over body masage that my daughter bought me as a present for mothers day couldn't have wished for a better massage it was amazing I suffer with lower back stiffness and after my massage it felt like I had a new back definitely helped free my back up I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a massage it was that good I didn't want to leave and I will definitely be back for future massages thankyou Catey

Another amazing treatment from Sam at Sage Therapies. I highly recommend Sam and her healing hands and voice. My massage and Indian head massage put me into a lovely tranquil yet controlled state to be able to deal with the children going back to school and a missing dog. The dog only went missing in the house and was found in a similar tranquil state in her bed. Thank you again. 😊 xXx

I had a sports massage with Ella and she was really welcoming and friendly. She explained everything really well throughout and explained why I was getting the injuries/all the joint problems. I felt like the massage really helped my muscle injuries and will definitely be going back! Highly recommend going to here :)

What an utterly lovely experience. My first time in a head spa and lucy made me feel really comfortable. It takes a lot to get me to relax but im pretty sure I fell asleep a few times. I've floated home really absolutely amazing. Cant wait to go back. Thank you so much xx
