Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

She was attentive, professional, and carried out the treatment with the utmost care. The snacks were a great touch. Nancy is amazing and makes me feel so comfortable. My nails were in such bad condition and Nancy still managed to make them look amazing. I’ve always had acrylic nails but after having biab nails I will never go back!
