Such a beautiful experience from start to finish. I booked the 1-hour Focusing Massage with the Indian Head Massage & Hair Treatment, and it was exactly what I needed. The spa has such a peaceful, calming atmosphere, and my therapist (Palm is AMAZING!!) was absolutely wonderful. She listened to where I was holding tension and tailored the treatment perfectly. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and genuinely looked after. Worth every cent, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Cairns! Thank you, Palm!

Natural Palm is hands down the best massage place in Cairns. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and everything feels very clean, calm, and professional from the moment you walk in. Natural Palm Day Spa has a beautifully tranquil setting that relaxes you the moment you walk in. The staff are welcoming, great attention to detail and prioritise your comfort above all else. My partner and I got a 3 hour couples package, I cannot rate highly enough and would go as far to say this is the best massage I’ve received in Cairns.

I had asked for a strong massage and the therapist's ability to locate and then release deep-seated muscle tension, even if the experience was somewhat intense, was much appreciated. Later that day, my muscles WERE a little sore, however, I had a fabulous night’s sleep that evening & felt absolutely awesome the next morning with no soreness remaining the following day! I can highly recommend Palm as a massage therapist; many thanks for a wonderful experience, Palm!

Fantastic experience! I had a massage with Claire and she was exceptional: extremely competent, professional, and with impeccable technique. The center is spotlessly clean and smells amazing—a very well-kept environment where you immediately feel at ease. I really appreciated the relaxing music and the fact that there was no outside noise, allowing for total relaxation. Claire was lovely and very welcoming throughout, even offering me a great tea at the end of the session. I will definitely be back! Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Today my husband went in for a focusing massage as he has had a painful shoulder and neck, Palm did a fantastic massage for him he said he could feel how sore it was and that Palm was working on loosing the knots. He said he could definitely feel the difference walking back to the car and is hoping it's done the trick to get him on the road to normal. 5 star day spa, happy to highly recommend and we will be returning in the future.

Palm is an incredibly kind host. She is very professional and experienced, and it shows in the quality of treatments she offers. I have been many times to Natural Palm Day Spa for various treatments (foot reflexology, Swedish Deep tissue massages, Aromatherapy oil massage etc.) and lately I have had the pleasure to book myself in for a facial. Palm uses amazing products and blends and makes her masks fresh! 9 hours later my face and décolletage are still feeling amazing and soft. Thank you Natural Palm Day Spa! I will be back :)
