the most heavenly experience. I had the 90min sculpt facial and honestly I think this is the best facial experience i ever had. I was so relaxed I went into a trance! April is so talented and incredibly thoughtful in making this a sensory experience - from the products she uses, to the music, white noise, room temp and aromatherapy. This isn't just a regular facial/skin treatment it was a whole immersive experience and I cannot wait to return when I'm back in London! Thank you April for such a unique experience.

Treated myself on my birthday today with a facial with Lou. It was so blissful. I forgot I was in London! My jaw was so relaxed and my headache disappeared. Will definitely be investing more in self care. I felt very comfortable with Lou, she was lovely. Highly recommend.

I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! Sabina is a marvelous beauty expert who managed to release my stressed body and mind just for 1 hour Deep Relaxation Session. Her golden hands and tranquil vibe have just made me totally relaxed and happy. I also loved the brand of natural cosmetics that was used for my face, arms and feet massage. I had the most amazing facial experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calming and luxurious. My esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive to my skin’s needs. The products used smelled incredible and felt so nourishing. My skin was visibly glowing and so soft afterward. Zainab is definitely one of the best in the game, had few different facials from her so far and each time I left looking glowing. I’ll absolutely be back again and again Inshaa Allah.

Absolutely best Therapist in London (and beyond!). I cannot recommend Shereece highly enough- I first started re-booking as I was not only pleased with the results of her treatments (waxing, lashes, brows and facials) but her manner and cleanliness impeccable. 5 stars I travel as Shereece is the best. Remarkable PMU and superior treatments.

I had requested Polly in the app so I was a bit dissatisfied to travel an hour across london for someone else with no explanation. I had such a lovely facial from Sadie so it’s totally fine, but I feel a bit annoyed to then realise she has her own salon at much cheaper prices somewhere else. Just not really what I waited all this time for! I had a lovely facial but probably wont come back to be honest.

I had a great experience getting my facial from Zaynab. She was very friendly, and it was the perfect combination of informative and relaxing. I went home with a much better understanding of my skin, along with helpful next steps and recommendations. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Selena is so attentive to my needs and concern! Laser hair removal was painless. My skin was looking very try tired and ageing, I had laser rejuvenation and Carbon doll facial few time now which made my skin so plumped and glowing. Definitely coming back!!

Big facials are in a league of their own! This was my first facial with Cleo and she was absolutely brilliant, using a range of different techniques, tools and products and explaining them all to me afterwards. The treatment room and ambiance in Big is so gorgeous and really adds to the experience. I cannot recommend Cleo and Big facials enough!

This was my third appointment with Shereece, and that alone says everything about how happy I am with her services. She’s incredibly professional, welcoming, and always delivers treatments that are truly on point. This time, I had a back facial (complete with a wonderfully relaxing massage) and the Glow Baby Glow facial; and let me tell you, the names do not disappoint. My face is glowing… and yes, my back is glowing too! If you’re looking for a treatment that’s both deeply relaxing and get great results, I can’t recommend Shereece enough.
