Oh my goodness, I’ve had two absolutely magical visits to Ilapothecary! Everything is thoughtfully designed and filled with a sense of calm. I’ve tried various treatments due to chronic pain, but none have come close to the incredible feeling I get there. I’m from Romania and I came to London just to visit my sister. I honestly didn’t have much expectation because I always do my treatments back home and I’m very used to how things are done there. But this salon really surprised me. The care, the details, the way they work, everything felt very professional and nice. I didn’t expect to like it this much. When I left I was thinking that I wish we had a place like this in Romania. If I lived here I would 100% come back. I really recommend it.

Had the best facial with Char at her Beauty Lab. She’s so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable right away. She explained everything, checked in the whole time, and my skin felt amazing when I left — super glowy and refreshed. The space is really clean and relaxing, and you can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. Already looking forward to my next appointment.
