Outstanding pamper this afternoon. Heading on holiday so went for a back wax - quick and painless. Followed by a Swedish massage to ease muscle tension from the gym - honestly never felt so relaxed! Yesterday I had the radio frequency facial... The results are incredible! My face feels firmer and younger! I am so happy with the results! My boyfriend has commented as well as my family that my face is glowing! Dan is amazing ! Such a true professional as always! For me it's a game changer! I have been to Chantilly lace a few times since it opened now and Chantelle does my waxing and is lovely and does a great job and Jodie did my toes and is amazing at nails Decor of the salon is out of this world and all the girls are lovely. Absolutely amazing experience. I was quite nervous and expecting my waxing experience to be painful. Chantele really makes you feel comfortable and she is really friendly and professional. She takes her time and very thorough. The salon is immaculate and beautifully presented. I felt really pampered and special afterwards and I will go again.

Naomi is an excellent technician in waxing and put me completely at ease . She is very experienced and very kind . This was my first intimate waxing and it was very bearable and I was very pleased with Naomi’s professional attitude and the room is very relaxing too .
