Absolutely amazing experience. I was quite nervous and expecting my waxing experience to be painful. Chantele really makes you feel comfortable and she is really friendly and professional. She takes her time and very thorough. The salon is immaculate and beautifully presented. I felt really pampered and special afterwards and I will go again.

Best and most thoroughly executed leg wax I’ve ever had. Done with due care and concern for my comfort. My legs now feel at their summer best !

I started going to Lucy 2 years ago and now wouldn’t go to anyone else! Naomi is an excellent technician in waxing and put me completely at ease . She is very experienced and very kind . This was my first intimate waxing and it was very bearable and I was very pleased with Naomi’s professional attitude and the room is very relaxing too . And I was given good post wax advice and a lovely goodie bag of sample products to take home . I have already booked for my next visit. Thank you Naomi .

Cholesterol was brilliant and helped me as much as she could as I'm disabled and the stairs were a challenge. However, Chloe told me that next time I go she would bring the wax downstairs so that will be great. She did a great job on my brows and I will definitely go again.

First appointment with Holly and I will definitely be back. I had a brow lamination with tint and lash lift. Holly was gentle, respectful and listened to what I wanted. Can’t believe my lashes and brows look like this, who knew my eyebrows could look this full!

My first time at the salon today and I was really impressed a very professional service. It was very warm and friendly. I’m going back tomorrow to have my nails and a full body tan.

Naomi is a consummate professional waxer . I had 2 waxing done and similar to the last time I could easily have fallen asleep . The atmosphere is excellent just like the therapist .

Chantelle was very efficient and thorough with my wax. I found the sound level of music in the salon a bit loud for me, but that’s probably my age!

If anyone had ever told me I would be so relaxed during a Hollywood waxing I would have thought they were a big liar . But yesterday I almost fell asleep. Huge testament that Naomi’s skills . Thankyou .
