Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

My experience was amazing as usual. Tiffany is always on time and ready to get down to business as soon as you walk through the door. She is always professional and loves what she does. It was first time doing a wax, while the initial feeling was a shock, Kesha made sure I was comfortable and allowed me a couple minutes to breathe. Overall the experience was new and I was in good hands, definitely continue waxing in the future .

I had a wonderful experience getting my underarm, Brazilian and half leg waxed. I usually ask myself why I subject myself to a Brazilian wax but today I wasn't second myself as the pain was minimal and absent at times. Highly recommend!

Tina was so knowledgeable about general physiology that she was able to understand how an underlying condition i had affected my skin and work to suit. She's also extremely personable and made me feel so very comfortable with my bikini wax, i might let her do a brazilian next time and i SWORE i could never show myself to a tech like that, she made me feel THAT comfortable. In a nutshell - kind, efficient, great quality and price.

I had my very first Brazilian wax done at Che Essentials, and it honestly wasn’t as bad as I expected! She was amazing at making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I had been considering laser hair removal for a few years but shied away due to the cost and fear of it hurting. When Aunty Tash told me she was offering laser I knew she was someone I could trust to make it as comfortable as possible. Though it did sting a bit, all of the cooling processes she used helped so much. I had very minimal redness, bumps or pain during and after. It was no where near as painful or intense as I thought it would be and would arguably say waxing hurts more. I can’t wait for my next session and highly recommend laser to anyone considering trying! You will not regret it.

I booked a full brazilian maintenance , 1st time sugaring but I'm use to waxing It was wayyyyy less pain , she was Friendly, talked you through it , Perfessional, as soon as I arrived for my appointment she was ready so no waiting or delays And let me tell you when I say she got ever hair ... she got ever hair !!!!! As a first timer when it comes to sugaring, I had to idea what to expect besides pain. While I did experience pain, the experience wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Kimberly was attentive, honest, and understanding throughout the entire process and I actually had no idea she started until we were done one arm. She made me feel comfortable and she also showed her knowledge about what she was doing, which let me know I was in good hands. Would definitely come again and would definitely recommend to others! 🩷

The customer service was great and the service even better. Remi made sure I was comfortable at all times and was pleasant and friendly the entire time. I love both my wax and my facial. My underarms are smooth and my skin is glowing.

This was my first time getting a wax and I must say the bar was set high. From the hospitality, the professionalism and the simple calming and inviting feeling of the surroundings. I was very impressed with the overall experience.

Khadijah was wonderful, professional and gentle. She made sure to discuss my preferences before and during the procedure to make sure the service was tailored to my needs. I had a brow wax and tint, she was alot more gentle with the wax than im used to lol ... she was very precise with the brow mapping and the shape of my brows was great. Will have to update on the colour and longevity of the tint in another post! Great job!
