Deposit & Booking Policy

To secure your appointment, a $30 non-refundable deposit is required within 3 days of booking. This deposit goes toward your total service cost and ensures your slot is held just for you. Appointments without a deposit will not be scheduled.

Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date ONCE. Further rescheduling will require a new deposit.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Deposits are non-refundable, even in the case of cancellations. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit and may result in being unable to book future appointments without full prepayment.
