I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After developing knee pain while running, I sought his help and was impressed by his thorough, professional and knowledgeable approach. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Craig took the time to carry out a detailed assessment, identifying the root cause of the problem as IT band syndrome. His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. I’ve been coming here since I was a university student at University of Manchester. For two years, when I started working, I would take a train from London to Manchester just to get my brows and underarms done here. I always show a picture and get the result I want. The business owner and his team are fantastic. I can’t wait to see this become a beauty empire. I’ve moved again and I’m still catching trains just to come here. Excellent communication & appointment coordination from Hind, she answered all my questions very promptly and thoroughly. Paige did my butterfly cut and blowdry just before I flew out to Dubai and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She was extremely welcoming from the moment I walked in and made me feel so comfortable. Her work is amazing, the cut and hairstyle were absolutely fab and exactly what I wanted. She knew exactly what she was doing and her confidence really showed. On top of that, she was so friendly and chatty which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be booking again when I’m back in Manchester. Highly recommend!
