After 6+ weeks of back pain following a fall, I found relief with Chris. My previous virtual physio focused on strength exercises without success - not wrong, just didn't work for me. Chris immediately identified that my muscles were in spasm, still "remembering" the trauma. Using neurological techniques, he released my clenched muscles in one session, providing immediate relief. His expertise in how trauma affects muscle memory made all the difference. Now I can finally begin to heal. Highly recommend Chris for anyone with persistent muscle pain, especially after injuries.

I am loving my brows! I have always had thin sparse brows but now thanks to Rachel they are now looking full and natural. I would highly recommend Rachel, the service she provides is outstanding.
