First time to the new location & I was late arrival. The team were lovely & gracious at my mistake. Katy is wonderful. I love my new haircut. She listened to all my wants & gave great advice about lengths and layers that would work with my hair. She was great fun to chat with and I loved my appointment with her. I always have a great experience at Headkandi . Just an observation. I tend to have a very quick trim and it does feel pricey for what I have done. I expect this is standard.
