An amazing experience. Beth made sure everything was perfect for my massage, from the warmth of the room, to the scent of the oils she used. I can honestly say, it’s the best massage I’ve ever had. She also gave me some ideas of stretches I can do to relieve tension in problem areas. It was very dark when I left and Beth watched me get safely to my car, which was such a thoughtful thing to do. I came away feeling very cared for. Absolutely perfect.

If I had to describe Lauren with one word, it would be: phenomenal. No better treatment elsewhere and I mean this sincerely! Lauren doesn’t just give you a massage or a facial, she tailors her treatments to YOU. She takes her time with advising you and making you feel comfortable. Her extended knowledge of the body, soul, meditation, BREATHING, makes the treatments incredibly unique and I always find I‘ve learnt something about myself or the world after visiting. You won’t find anyone else who is so passionate, enthusiastic, kind, knowledgeable and skilled - I am truly so grateful for Lauren ✨

A really lovely space in which to enjoy Beth's intuitive, skilful and individually designed essential oils massage. Her years of experience mean that she works round injuries or restricted movement confidently and with empathy. The only downside to this massage was that it had to end at some point!! I had an absolutely blissful experience!

A great Yoga session with Beth; she’s great at pushing you just the right amount and picking up on very subtle adjustments that are needed to your posture. Highly recommended!

I have visited Beth for massages many times over the years and her massages are second to none. I recently visited her for a massage to relieve menopausal joint related pain and her hands have worked magic. I would highly recommend.

Niki is a really lovely lady she is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in depth on looking at new treatments and which one best suits me. And the result I wanted. My treatment is going really well and I'm happy with the results so far.
