I came in for a new set after a different salon did such a bad job. Eric checked in with my several times to make sure I liked the shape and length. He was so meticulous about my actual nail care and even the texture and finish of the nails. Felt good to know that he cared just as much as I did about the outcome

I have been going to Racine Nails since they opened, but recently have had to switch techs. Vincent is great. He is very thorough and wants to make sure you are 100% happy with every aspect of the service. On a side note, this is the only salon that I know of where the technicians have "scrubs" as a uniform making it easier to identify the technicians. It is a nice touch and sets them apart from other salons in the area. They have raised the bar when it comes to customer service.

Today I had a dip manicure done by Vincent. He was very good. My nails are perfect. This was the first time Vincent had done them and I will definitely ask for him in the future. One thing that struck me. I have been going here since they opened over 2 years ago. The salon could use a good cleaning. I am sure it is difficult to keep all the dust off everything, but there was paper towel pieces and acrylic nail cut off pieces all over the floor and under the cabinets. With all the nail tech there, many of whom did not have clients at the time, seems like the cleaning could be kept up better.

I ❤️ Racine nails 💅 I’ve been going to different salons thruout the Racine & Kenosha area & I regret it every time! I had been a consistent client of Racine nails for a few months & then tried a different place but regret it & then stopped getting my nails done & then a new place etc & on & on & on - I remembered how great they were with my DIP nails & pedis! The pedis are very calming & they seem to take very personal care with their service on u! Thank you Racine Nails for getting it right EVERYTIME!!!

I am so happy to have found Racine Nails. I absolutely love everything about this salo n, from the decor to all of the workers. My favorites are Dung my nail tech and Janine, who works up front and sets the tone! It’s one of if not the cleanest salons I’ve been in!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Wow! This was my first time here and won’t be my last! The atmosphere, the customer service, the nail tech (Rio) just outstanding! I have never been to a nail salon that has exceeded my expectations! The only thing I will say is that I booked an appointment online with Simon and got sat with Rio. This was ok this time (because Rio was amazing) but normally this would be upsetting. I will be recommending this place, just wow!

Highly recommend this nail salon. My nails are always done with the utmost care and attention from staff. Don't be intimidated by them speaking Vietnamese. They talk about the nail services for training purposes and each other.

Visited for the first time for a pedicure and express manicure and I can’t wait to go back! I love the fact that I was able to book an appointment online (same day!) and they were ready for me when I arrived. I love the interior of this place, it feels like more of an upscale nail salon experience but at a very affordable price. The nail tech, Mary, was kind, gentle and took care in everything she did. I did the basic express manicure but my nails came out great. The pedicure was an amazing relaxing experience. I loved the dark room with the water wall feature. It was so relaxing!

Let me start by saying I have not been to a nail salon in 2.5 years and this was by far the best experience getting my nails done before my 2.5 year gap I’ve gotten my nails done since I was 14 so about 12 years. Kent did an absolutely amazing job and he will be my new nail man! Amazing job Racine Nails!!

Have Rio my nails. Pleased with the job he does and he has a great personality. Salon is clean and everyone is friendly.
