I’ve been to many spas and this is by far the Best spa I have ever been to. Steam room was amazing, had a great salt bath in the best bathtub I have ever been in. Then had reflexology massage and mini facial with Lenka. Best masseuse ever. Can’t wait to go back.

This was my first time going for a Spa experience. I've had regular massage treatments before but not like this. I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming host named Carlos. I booked the 30 min salt soak and a 45 min massage with Lenka. She provided an amazing deep tissue massage, one of the best I've ever had! The space is very inviting and relaxing and I felt comfortable throughout my experience. I highly recommend giving yourself the gift of relaxation and self care and visiting this place. It was a great first spa experience for me and I am looking forward to going back in the near future!

We had a wonderful afternoon at the Cowichan Bay Spa and Salon. Lise was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the products. The steam room was clean and very enjoyable. Ruth provided a fantastic facial and Zyla offered an incredible massage. We would definitely recommend this spa.

Ruth was very professional and I would request her the next time. Your company is lucky to have her. I have a closer salon near me but I'd like to see Ruth once again.

This was my first time to visit Cowichan Bay Spa & Salon and it was incredible! The steam room was a great start to the day. All my treatments were awesome, and the practitioners were all very knowledgeable and extremely professional. The spa is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and the treatment rooms are very quiet. I've been to many spas on the island and this one is now at the top of my list!!!! I'll definitely be returning!!!
