Jenny is a great therapist, she listened a lot to me about my injury and gave me the space and time to explain everything , I have been to a few physios over the years but Jenny is the best I’ve ever been too, she was very thorough with her examination, as well as giving me some exercises to help solve my injury so I don’t need to keep coming back with the same problem. She really wanted to help and it showed thanks Jenny.

Understand off issues and putting in a plan

Sheeraz is lovely. She has been very helpful at listening and articulating my thoughts and feelings into a more condensed and concise wording that has been very useful in understanding the emotions I'm working through.

Jenny is super experienced, and great at explaining things, as well as great at sport massage. I feel as though her advice is already helping my neck. 100% would recommend to others and already have!
