I’d been struggling with plantar fasciitis pain while running, and Andrew couldn’t have been more helpful. He took the time to try different techniques and shared loads of useful advice to help me work towards running pain-free again. I also had cupping done on my back for the first time — Andrew was very educated on it, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Everyone needs an Andrew! Every second you are there, he makes every appointment worthwhile. He reviewed other areas that I discovered were bothering me because I had noticed a significant change since my last visit when I was running and going to the gym. Came in before the great north run as I was feeling a bit of pain in my knee and was unsure of the cause. Had a great chat at the start of the session about my training and understanding was may be causing the pain. Andrew was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the session helping me to understand and treat the pain. He also gave me some helpful exercises to do on my own to help me with injury prevention and strengthening up muscles

I was extremely impressed by Andrew’s preparation for my treatment today . He planned an excellent session of deep tissue massage & resistance exercises to help strengthen the affected areas . I would highly recommend him to anyone who is experiencing aches & pains in joints, muscles or limbs. He took his time to explain what he was doing & why, which helped me understand today’s session and how it fits into an ongoing programme of rehabilitation.

Extremely knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, creating the perfect balance of professionalism and comfort From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed in a friendly and professional way that immediately put me at ease. The therapist is incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to understand my training routine, areas of tightness, and the issues I was experiencing. Throughout the session, every technique was explained clearly, and the pressure was adjusted perfectly to target problem areas without ever feeling uncomfortable.

Recently seen Andrew and he’s done amazing relieving the pain and issues with my hips and hamstrings. Talked me through everything and came away with some great advice to help keep me moving, will definitely be back soon

Second trip to the recovery clinic and I went for the longer session this time and it was 100% worth it. Andrew is really welcoming and talks you through every step of the massage and explains everything thoroughly. I normally find things like this really awkward but it’s a really warm environment and relaxed from the minute you get there. Will definitely be adding these sessions into my training schedule more regularly. Thank you ☺️

Brilliant treatment and advice from Andrew today. I tweaked my back while on holiday 4 weeks previously and Andrew helped not only treat the tightness in my back but looked further into the causes. He’s so knowledgeable, noting an imbalance in my hips due to other muscle tightness and he stretched muscles I didn’t even know existed. I felt brilliant after our session.
