Everyone needs an Andrew! Every second you are there, he makes every appointment worthwhile. He reviewed other areas that I discovered were bothering me because I had noticed a significant change since my last visit when I was running and going to the gym. His expertise and presence make the experience very comfortable and give you a better understanding of the reasons behind these problems. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Came in before the great north run as I was feeling a bit of pain in my knee and was unsure of the cause. Had a great chat at the start of the session about my training and understanding was may be causing the pain. Andrew was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the session helping me to understand and treat the pain. He also gave me some helpful exercises to do on my own to help me with injury prevention and strengthening up muscles

I had my first visit to the Recovery Clinic and would highly recommend Andrew and his business. Andrew took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, focusing on the issues I had been experiencing with my discs in both my lower spine and neck. His knowledge in this area was evident, and he explained his approach in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated his attention to detail and his commitment to ensuring that I received the best possible care.

Andrew took his time and listened, educated and advised on my hip issue. Walked me through the reasonings for what he was doing at every step. Left feeling much better and knowing what to do going forward. Will definitely rebook and highly recommend to everyone

Andrew made me feel very welcome with his friendly approach. I have had pain in my hips after years of running and cycling. Andrew recognised the issues and worked on my hip flexor muscles, which transpired to be very tight. I have already noticed an improvement in my range of motion and I'm pain free.
