I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

I’ve been having Lomi-Lomi with Nat for two years, and it keeps getting better. That Nat is a gentle soul and natural healer is obvious from the start. She exudes empathy, intelligence, and care. A sense of calm envelops me even before I arrive, knowing what a blissful two hours I have to come, and how that feeling will continue throughout the day. I love that no two sessions are the same as Nat uses her intuition to give a healing and spiritual massage that leaves me feeling deeply peaceful. Lomi-Lomi is much more than a massage. If you haven’t tied it yet, I highly recommend that you do.

Her treatments are so relaxing yet invigorating which makes you feel amazing both physically and mentally. Just making my way through Sam's treatment list and honestly cant say what I love the most. Yesterday I visited Sam carrying the world on my shoulders, I had reflexology and natural face lift and floated out like a cloud. Sam is an all round therapist and I am so thankful she was recommended and I found her, someone i'd been looking for, for such a long time. See you in 2 weeks x

Sam is just the most magical gift anyone can ask for. Some people just come into your life at the right time, and Sam is one of those. Time with her heals the body and soul. She will make you feel incredible whatever treatment you have. The facial massage will have you feeling ten years younger. If you haven’t tried Sam yet, what are you waiting for. First massage treatment this afternoon with Heather. Wasn’t sure what to expect but found it to be really great. I was warm and comfortable and Heather explained every step of the way what she was doing and why. I can’t say it was without some discomfort at times but I honestly have found some benefit already. No pain no gain as the saying goes and I’m hopeful that this will help to make my movement easier. I would definitely recommend a massage session if you are suffering any aches and pains or have an injury which could benefit from this kind of therapy. I found it to be great. Hilary

I would highly recommend a treatment with Nat. I visited Nat at her new premises in Newcastle at the top of Northumberland street. To be honest I hadn’t even realised this space existed and it was a pleasant surprise. The room was so warm and inviting. I love the wall paper, the spiritual artefacts and the comfy chairs to sit on! Nat is so caring and attentive and really wanted to check in on how I was feeling. Nat is so easy to talk to I could’ve chatted to her all day I had a reiki session specifically focusing on my current issues and it was the most calming, relaxing session!
