I’ve been suffering with a fibro flare up and horrific insomnia, so when I met Courteney I was very much in fight or flight mode- she was incredibly patient with me, explained the benefits for my current situation, and proceeded to give me my most relaxed 90 minutes of the year so far. I left with a clearer head and some specific aftercare instructions, it’s been 24 hours and I am reaping the benefits - I managed to get four hours of sleep and I feel much less swollen. First of all Anna squeezed me in very short notice, to which Iam grateful as I was suffering a tension migraine. Anna is super welcoming and friendly and I felt at ease straight away. Her space is beautiful, clean and smells amazing. The massage was exactly what I needed, she worked out my tension spots and I felt so relaxed I could of fell asleep!
