Chantelle was lovely, the beauty room is so cosy and pretty inside, perfect for a pamper. My HD brows are absolutely amazing, the best ones I have ever had. The shape, tint and thickness I kept was fab. I usually have alot of redness after brows but had minimal- Chantelle definitely knows what she is doing and is very professional and explained aftercare- something I have never had with HD brows before. The pregnancy massages from Bex are also amazing. Best one.Recommended to my pregnant friends and they all said the same too. I am so pleased I have found Chantelle, Bex and The Willows.

Jen is so lovely. Really friendly yet professional. I had a lash lift and my brows waxed and tinted. Jen listened to exactly how I wanted my brows and I love them! I’m someone who can’t even get mascara to make my lashes look good, but they are amazing!

Lashes always look fabulous and long lasting, application is always carried out to professional standard, using good quality products. Yasmin is extremely experienced at what she does and is so warm and friendly to her customers. I highly recommend Yasmin as brow and lash specialist.
