The massage and cupping from Rachel is essential in keeping me training pain-free. She is responsive and understands to where i have experienced tightness and DOMS and even finds and works on troublesome areas before I knew about them myself! I really recommend her services: an all round excellent experience!

Never been to a counsellor before, so my first session was supposed to be nerve wracking for me.
