There are very few healers & practitioners who I can TRULY be fully held by in my vulnerability, shame, fear, judgement, etc. and "bigness" of this human experience. Because of Sophies capacity to hold such a clean, non-judgemental space, it's easy to drop the barriers. You can tell from the way she guides sessions that she has ACTUALLY done her own inner work - not the spiritual bypassy sh*t that's out there - but really going into the depths of dualities. Sophie is an incredibly talented practitioner and an absolutely wonderful human in general. 10/10 recommend booking with her.
