name calling? lack of coffee laughing and joking upstairs without me? What can I say? I love it I love coming to you guys and I love you Emily you’re the best and thank you thank you so much for my new bangs and my lovely new Popeyes wife haircut but I love it. I do once again five stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but it should be 4 1/2 because of the name calling🤣❤️

I cannot recommend this hairdressers enough, Emily cut my hair and I am so pleased with it, staff are all very friendly and can’t do enough for you, there is a really nice friendly atmosphere which is just what I needed after having a bad experience with a different hairdresser 3/4 years ago I hadn’t been to the hairdressers since, Emily soon worked her magic, I will definitely return

As good an experience as always. Hope is a professional, knowledgeable hairdresser and I have complete faith in her. The whole set up is extremely commendable- friendly, clean, well-stocked, attractive and orderly. Emil, the owner, has done a grand job.

I have been getting my hair done by Emily and Hope for years and I would never go anywhere else. I get so many compliments on my hair! All the girls in the salon are lovely and it is always good vibes.. Highly recommend 😍♥️

Fabulous, can't fault it! Hope is brilliant and expecially great with those of us who are a little nervous of hairdressers. After a number of bad experiences in Kettering, I now wouldn't go anywhere else!!

The care and kindness Jaz showed throughout my appointment went above and beyond, she really went the extra mile and the pride in her work demonstrated great dedication to the Salon and I came home safely and feeling better than on arrival. If ever I needed a visit to the Hair & Beauty Lounge - this was the day. Instinct told me, due to previous visits, I would be in safe hands and I was right! My hair is now perfectly coloured and my mental health boosted. It's also great to see a new team member who is equally professional and kind. Such a lovely establishment Kettering should be very proud

She's done it again! Another brilliant experience at the capable hands of Hope. Total restyle requested and Hope really delivered. Perfect balance between creativity and a practical understanding of hair and client lifestyle. Hope listens to you and gives you what you ask for but she also injects a level of flair and style which sets her apart from your ordinary hairdresser. She's amazing at her job and one of the sweetest people. This salon is the best I've been to. Always feel so comfortable and welcome here. A real gem in Kettering. Highly recommended.

Choosing an evening appointment was really useful, in the lighter nights it great to know later closing at The Hair & Beauty Lounge is available. I enjoyed a lively atmosphere and was looked after thoroughly by Jaz. Her standards are high and my full head colour was diligently carried out - I am so pleased with the results! Everyone working there made me feel very welcome and the Salon is lovely and clean. Thank you so much and see you again soon x

Great experience as always! Great staff and friendly atmosphere. Always a bonus when a cup of tea is involved! Great communication between staff to make decisions on what’s best for the hair as well as including myself as the client. Always feel relaxed when in the salon and enjoy every trip.
