Such a beautiful cut from Catalina. My hair is thick so I asked Catalina for lots of layers, body and bangs – and she absolutely delivered! We came today for the first time to have our acrylic nails removed that we had done somewhere else. One of my nails was incredibly sore and I mentioned this to Issie before she started, She was so careful and very gentle especially with my sore finger to find that my own nail underneath had spilt across my nail and this was why I was having a lot of pain. Issie was very friendly and we were chatting and laughing the whole time as if we had been lots of times and this made us feel very welcome. We have already booked our next appointment to go back and have another nail treatment with Issie.

What can I say apart from consistently amazing! My nails always look perfect after every visit. First time having my toes done on this visit and I am so happy…. can now wear sandals and not worry about showing off my toes 🤭 Zara is thorough, professional and precise and also my free therapist 😉🤣 I love our nail appointments and always feel like I can fully relax and have a good old catch up ❤️ can’t wait for my next appointment! Absolutely LOVE my new tulip nails, every inspo pic I bring Zara smashes it. She also really cares about the nail health under the biab!

I’ve been to a few different beauticians for arm waxing in Kettering and Sukhi was the best by far - she was very quick and the experience was painless in comparison to others where I’ve previously left with bruises. She also managed not to miss any hairs despite them being quite fair in places. I would definitely recommend Sukhi and will be returning to the Hair and Beauty Hub.

Aaliyah prepared my nails really beautifully - even with my cracked thumb nail - it’s not even obvious anymore. She suggested that she apply a rubber base as i’ve had cracking. They look absolutely devine! Went for a nude shade this time and they look so elegant. Always friendly and welcoming 💕 thankyouuu!

Zara strikes again! Patient, understanding, precise and welcoming…. I could go on! Tonight was my 3rd time using So Spicy nails and once again I came away SO happy with my nails 🤩 thank you for always making it such a relaxing and great experience. Jess was great doing my nails. I had the shortest nails due to being a lifelong nail biter, but she did a beautiful job. Katalina did my hair, very confident hairdresser, knew exactly what I wanted...All the girls were lovely, chatting away to me and everyone was customer focused..I broke my shoulder and recently had surgery and they couldn't have been more helpful, getting me a cushion to rest my arm on. Most of all, they were all deaf aware which means a lot to me as I wear middle ear implants and without them am completely deaf. Cant rate them highly enough. Definitely visit them. Lorraine

Professional, caring, kind and invested!! I came to Zara as a new customer and my nails were in a poor state. Zara took the time to explain to me step by step how she can help to get my nails back to good health and has now started me on my BIAB journey and I can honestly say I will never look back!!
